Are you sure? that doesnt make sense that it wont...

Are you sure? that doesnt make sense that it wont synch deletes. He had an older BB and that option does work, why wouldnt they have it for a newer version?

7130e deleted email on BB not deleteing in outlook

I have a user with a 7130e-using Redirector-when deleteing email from BB and then I synch to Outlook (via cable) it doesn't delete from Outlook. It's set to delete on Handheld/Mailbox. (v4.0)

I checked the settings on BB for reconciliation and its set to handheld and mailbox. I tested it by sending a an email and then deleting it from mailbox it doesn't delete it from BB. Anything else...

I have Desktop Manager and Redirector installed as client software. We dont use BES. (which I assume means Blackberry Ent Server).

I am supporting 2 users that have the BB Rim. When they delete email from Inbox in Outlook (97 and XP) it doesn't delete from BB unless connecting usb and synching. They claim this wasn't happening...
