Wow, hope you don't have AT&T, they have a three strikes you get a different phone policy.. (Sometimes, depends on who you talk to.. lol) Don't know if that counts for insurance though.

Ok, I deleted the OS, then the DM. reinstalled the DM from BB, then installed the OS, deleted the vendor file, opened DM, it said there was an update for my device, then it did a check and everything...

I have done all of that, when I downloaded the OS a month or so ago, I never got rid of the setup file, so I used the EXACT same file today as I used to upgrade my phone. And the latest version of DM...
