ETA: I don't care what version firmware you are using in the Storm... You need to do a battery pull at least once a week.

Locks up when it hits "Quick Contacts" then gives me "Error backing up databases" message.

I have memory cleaning enabled and have never seen that. I'm using the .75 firmware. It does keep the memory leakage down to a minimum.
