oh my provider is Optus in Australia and they only offer DATA sent via the blackberry browser. Here is from my providers T&C:

Includes email traffic and Internet access through the BlackBerry...

soz what i mean is use your blackberry's BIS...

soz what i mean is use your blackberry's BIS connection on the PC, not a tethering as it would use WAP data i believe.
