Approx. once a week, HH is locked with "BLOCK ERASE 6 - RESET". Attempts to reset through removal of battery or alt,cap delete are unsuccesful. Only way to reset is to hold track wheel down...

Not sure about with stand alone, but my fix was to go into e-mail account settings in Outlook and then check leave copy of messages on the server.
