Alltel BIS outage?

My BIS has been down since about noon 1-31-2010, carrier is Alltel (yes I know Verizon bought Alltel, but some areas are still served by Alltel). When I called this morning Alltel blamed it on RIM....

Nope, no protection. And the sample rate isn't too high, because I have other songs that play that have the same rate.

I solved the issue by re-ripping with iTunes instead of windows media player....
