I have a 7520 Blackberry that is stuck on the yellow Nextel screen. It is receiving info and phone calls, but I cant see the icons. Is there a way to power it down without removing the battery?

Thanks for your help. I steered away from trying to make it work on the exchange and setup a "new" Win2K server and installed the BES on it.
