Battery problem

Had to get T-Mobile to send my phone off to get repaired last Saturday, as the battery has completely died.
Anyone had the same problem? how long does it normally take to get your phone back?

You can use your hangup button to turn off and on.

Or to turn it off you can select it in your menu.
