pocket informant activation code?

I bought Pocket Informant v1.6 and can not figure out where the heck to enter the activation code. This is on a BB curve 8330. Can anyone help? Thanks

want more rings before going to voicemail

My 8330 only rings twice before going to voicemail. I have BB Alerts set up and it will vibrate, ring, vibrate, ring and then go to voicemail. Anyway to increase the rings? Or what causes this?

opening an excel file?

I have an excel file I open frequently. Is there a way to put an icon on the Today Screen so when I click it the file opens? Or another easy way to do it?

Is there a way my 8330 will automatically dial my four digit pin number to access my voicemail? I am referring to when I use speeddial.
