I was experiencing the same issue. I just installed the Version 5 update and all it would do to notify me is vibrate. I took the battery out and re-installed. All is working fine now.

Thanks. I deleted all the CICAL from Service Books but it didnt help. I eventually deleted about 40 conflicting appointments (showed up when I synched) from my BB. Seems tobe synching fine now

Question Synch problem

I just moved to a Bold from a 7130 I had for 3 years. I installed the new desktop manager and all went well. I set up the desktop for synch with my Outlook for calendar, contacts, tasks and memos.

7130e Alpha typing mode

I have always been able to switch from trutype to alpha typing mode by pressing and holding the * button. I am now in alpha mode (where I have to select each letter) and can't get back to tru-type.

Error Message - Default Folder

I have a problem synching that has come out of the blue.

When I try to synch it shows my 7250 as connected but get the message "cant open the default folder in group".
