you know ive had the same issue.... I had a 7105T...

you know ive had the same issue.... I had a 7105T and when i would take the battery out... or turn it off... and take the sim out or anything taking the battery out... it would take a good 30-40mins...

Looks as if the 510 has a good reviews I use a hs820 and it does the job for me I might look into that 510
