Enable legacy mode, then restore the ATT service books and DO NOT restart. Legacy mode is kinda tricky but it does work on .713 and then you should be good to go.

You absolutely have to enable legacy mode and then restore the service books from the ATT file.

Its the only way to make the internet browser work. And DO NOT reset after restoring, any restarts...

Enable the legacy mode service books and then restore the AT&T service books. Dont restart because it deletes the service books for the internet browser and mms messaging.
