Can't Send Attachments

When I send an email with an attachment, the other person will receive the email, but not the attachments. I'm using a Torch 9800.

Any ideas?

Although I don't believe they were 'stolen'. I think RIM trashed them to reduce inventory and to write them off!

User here has a Bold 9780 and can't forward emails. Says he gets a red 'X' when he tries.

I had him R & R the battery, but no luck.

Any ideas?

Update: I found the missing emails in a folder labelled inbox (Messages, Options, View Folder)

The remaining mystery is why they disappear from his list of messages as soon as he reads them.

OK, double-checked with user:

Hide Filed Messages and Hide Sent Messages are both checked.

I unchecked these and then of course I see all the filed and sent in the inbox.

The problem is the...

Well that advice cured a different problem - thanks!

This user does have some folders set up in Notes, but ALL his emails to his BB disappear after he reads them.

Once the message is read, it is no longer listed in my inbox. I checked the memory and I have lots available.

I'm using a Bold 9780

I've just been handed the task of admin our BES server. We are running V5 and I've read somewhere that it comes with a web-based monitoring portal?

Is this correct?
