I did before and did it again... there's nothing...

I did before and did it again... there's nothing that explains how to do it.
I downloaded, the latest version, clicked on it and then tried to install it usint the loader application from the BB...

Synch issues with the Birthdays When i synch my agenda on my 7290 with outlook, i choose to only synch future events. But the anniversaries and birthdays are always there even the past ones... and...
