Mine is exhibiting this exact behavior. I do have the T-Mobile case, but I can't imagine that is really the cause of the problem. Based on what I've seen here, I'll just take it back to T-Mobile...

And the BlackBerry choice never shows up. That's our problem. Like I said, its almost like the software is "hiding" in the phone but not really turning itself on...
