blackberry been replaced by phones 4 u uk. After investigation from their technical team they advised the phone had faulty hardware.
If you are experiencing these problems i would recommend...

Hi, the theme is the standard theme that comes with the phone, i had not changed this only changed the background image

I have turned the screen brightness down to 10% and have the wifi turned off all the time to try and save battery. On all social media I have disabled the auto updates so this is not replicating in...
