Using a BB 9900 on BIS. Have Protect set for daily backup, wifi only - but I am quite often at home and hence connected for plenty of time each day.

Protect kept saying "temporarily unavailable"...

and no save and open does not work - it will not save.

I am bemused. I have a new Bold 9900. I have set up 3 email accounts on it. All different providers. On two of the accounts I can receive attachments and open them fine: documents; pictures; etc.
