Update the indicator of water damage on the screen has changed colour I took it into a shop and they cleaned the corrosion they said the screen is working fine but it still randomly cuts to a solid...

Thanks I reinstalled the OS even tried to downgrade it but it still happens guess the next step is sending it for repair

Thanks for the reply. Nope I don't have a error message it just goes to a white screen in use and then it automatically goes to the rebooting screen. I'll have a look at what u suggested thanks again

just to add that it only happens when I try to do more than one thing on the phone if I am just using BBM it does not go white screen and reboot but if I try to play music too it will go to the white...

I checked the sticker on the battery and on the inside of the phone but both had not changed colour so I don't think it could be water damage?
