In the end I just got the latest beta of Viigo and set up the weather within that with their default supplier (AccuWeather).
Seems to work fine.

I'm having a few problems.

When I reply to some emails on my blackberry the reciepient only receives a blank email. i.e. no text in the email.

With help from logs from email servers etc...
