Hi - agreed.. I think it is a preloaded app. Vodafone Business seem quite helpful so I'll see what they have to say tomorrow. If all else fails I'm due an upgrade anyhow so I'll just get another...

Hmm - I did do this but tried again in case I missed something. The app loader in the Desktop Manager does show a bunch of stuff but no Vodafone Sat Nav... What a 'mare!!

Hi - yes tried that. In fact I tried it to try and fix the original problem (which I then fixed with the wipe) - but have also tried it to see if it brings back the Vodafone Apps and it does not...
