You have to connect the adaptor to the ear phones before plugigng them into the phone. If I do not do it in this order, then I get sound only in one ear.

Call cingular and make sure that they do not have your number blocked from receiving SMS messages. Somehow this happpened to me during a phone swap. It was corrected with a call to customer service.

I did not have the reboot issue. The BB just unlocked to the picture that was just taken with the option menu across the bottom. I exited the camera without the any problems.

I have found one problem using the auto lock....

I have found one problem using the auto lock. When you take a picture the 8100 auto locks. Mildly annoying, but I don't use the camera much so I will probably keep the auto lock.
