Thanks, the problem is that the application isn't loaded at all on any of the devices (8703e) so I need to load it. But I think I found an article on the web.

BES (exchange) 4.1.4 and I did a thorough search on how to push messenger OTA to devices and didn't get any luck. I've done plenty of "leg work".
