I'm using OWA and there doesn't seem a problem. Of course my access if without BB will be through the OWA and it's always open and accessible. Once this is confirmed, we can surely pull in the mail.

I do think that this measure how long the BB has been used and not how long does it last. So if this is the case then the oldest will have the longest uptime.
