I actually did force an update of the OAB thinking that would be the fix. After updating I ensured an Outlook client downloaded the OAB and saw the updated address. But I checked BES about 10-15...

I have a user who was activated on BES, but then turned his phone off for a few months (don't ask).

What if DST patch is not applied to our BES/Exchange 2000 server?

We plan on upgrading our desktops, our server OS, and our BlackBerry devices with the DST updates.

However, since Microsoft is charging $4000 for the Exchange 2000 fix, we won't be installing it....
