Logmein works good. Just make sure you have BT keyboard & mouse paired.

make back up for all three blackberry in *.ipd files and use "ABC Amber IPD Merger" to combine them.

I have seen this issue with Notes, and it was cause by Design of the mail files
make sure check Templatel of user's Mail file (recently upgraded??).
