BESAdmin has the permissions

I have the permissions holding for besadmin for send as and recieve, everything was working then it stopped. Rebooted the server and i can recieve again but the red x is back. Please help i can't...

Now i can;t do anything witht he blackberry cant send it a message from bes or pin it, did a hard reset and pulled battery nothing even trying enterprise activation and it sits at activating
