Good luck! RIM gives out outage information to their top support customers and carriers only. It's tough to get any information from them.

I can't remember a RIM data outage that lasted this long either.

My last BBM message was around 12:45PM PST and my last email was around 2PM. I have gotten one or two stray emails since then...
