I think it maybe something corrupted in the BAS or SQL with that specific connector. Is...

BES 5.03 Attachment Connectors
On one of my BES servers users reported Attachment Server not Found.
When you look at the attachment connections via the BAS.
For all my servers I see these connections:
BESserver1_AC_EMAIL_11...
