When you are in the Browser you should see a WiFi...

When you are in the Browser you should see a WiFi icon in the upper right corner when it is using WiFi to browse.

I see from your details that your carrier is Orange. Is this Orange in the UK? ...

Check Options -> Mobile Network -> Connection...

Check Options -> Mobile Network -> Connection Preference. Set it to 'Wi-Fi Preferred'.

Then when you are connected to WiFi the Browser should use WiFi.
