Yes, I have seen that theme as well as many other great bottom dock today, etc. themes. I actually reference a couple very good ones that I use on another thread in the media section....

I searched for "today" and the user you mentioned but I didn't find any post of the RIM Today Plus theme that works on 4.5. Are you referring to another Today Plus theme?
