i run only XP Pro and Server 2003 on my machines...

i run only XP Pro and Server 2003 on my machines and never had much of a problem with 4.3, but the boards here are littered with examples of bugs. it is best to use 4.2sp2 as John suggests

use roxio media manager and go to the "device >...

use roxio media manager and go to the "device > pictures" folder, copy all to computer then to the "media card > pictures" folder and copy the files back down
