And it was never an actual outage... it was data...

And it was never an actual outage... it was data maintenance that slowed down data over the networks. Personally i never lost BIS or BES access, but apps that required BIS internet were affected on...

Yep just received that on my BB. Seems like another unplanned downtime, well, somewhat. Not completely down here in DC, but it is much slower than normal.
