yep, and you can just set the reply to email...

yep, and you can just set the reply to email address as your mydomain.com email

keep in mind that only the blackberry.net and the...

keep in mind that only the blackberry.net and the BES emails are deemed "instant" by RIM. everything else is just gravy

could be Google itself you know, or your setup...

could be Google itself you know, or your setup within Gmail. I havent had any issues with Gmail (excluding when the entire infrastructure was down) and i get the emails on my device before i see them...
