So i wipped my device then put my information...

So i wipped my device then put my information back on there via usb....3 days later same thing except now when i use blackberry messenger my contacts message dont show up but i get the IM...

For some reason after 1 year. My BB 8830 has been deleting messages nightly at midnight i checked the settings and nothing has changed the settings still say keep all messages forever. I want to just...
