Oh, and if you have not fully installed the above operating system (by clicking run, etc.) then it's not actually on your computer yet. You need to do the full download, which takes approximately 10...

It's: C:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader -- and then you will find "vendor" at the bottom of the list
