I did speak to our user and he mentioned that ROXIO CD BURNER failed to work after the initial install of the software. The SPRINT rep advised to uninstall and...

One of our users used the BB desktop software to try and do an update tonight around 2000HRS. The desktop software attempted to push data to the device but failed and the BB will not BOOT.
