I'm on a mac though and Gtalk isn't for mac but...

I'm on a mac though and Gtalk isn't for mac but it says that gtalk can talk to aim? i'm freaking confused!

Ok someone answer me this... Why the heck do we need all these chat clients!! For blackberry to blackberry we have BBmessenger, for AIM we have ramble and the list goes on. I could see Google talk...

so from what i read google talk allows you to...

so from what i read google talk allows you to talk to other chat clients IE AIM... Currently I use ramble and it signs me off every so often like there i no tomorrow (were talking 2 times a minute)....
