I wanted to hard reset the 8520 so as to force the BB Desktop Manager to resync Outlook -> BB. Articles on the Net keep mentioning "Options > Security > Security Wipe", but my 8520 has Options >...

Funny characters in Contacts
Hello
I've been syncing my 8520 with Outlook 2007 for months now without any problem.
But all of a sudden, I'm getting those funny characters (file attached.)
Has someone seen this and knows...
