Seems to be the usual "couple of other threads on other forums" where the people posting it never report back.
Obviously the whole point of migrating is to get people off of 2003 and onto 2010 but...

Thanks Knotty. From doing some digging one thing I did see highlighted is that some people have been told, apparently by RIM, that you should migrate all mailboxes of BES users at the same time to...

Migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010
So I just came to look on the Blackberry website to see what I’d need to do to get our BES Express 5.0.2 MR1 box configured to work with a new Exchange 2010 server (we’re currently on 2003).
