umm some history of this bb: basically when i got it from a person, i plugged in the charger and then the red light came on and then went off without displaying anything on the screen, that processed...

hey whenever i try to reinstall the software through app loader or desktop manager, the device restarts, it says connecting to boot rom on the pc, and then i get an error after a few cycles help!
