I have followed the above instuctions and have succesfully installed OS6, thank you.
I have also security wiped the device which wouldnt send mail, deleted the user from the BES express and shut...

It has the original software on it 5.0 something! never updated during 3 months of use.

Back to the not sending mail, it worked and has stopped again!! i restarted the microsoft exchange sytem...

yes i get a red X almost straight away.
The message reads " Desktop email program unable to submit message"
