The operating system on the phone at the moment is 4.5.0.55.
I have searched the Blackberry website and cant find reference to the latest OS for the 8110 Pearl....

Hi,
Have now done method 1 and it would seem that the IT Policy has gone as I cannot see it in then Security section of the phone navigation.
However once again I have put my SIM card in and it...

Hi Thanks
Have tried method 2 but the IT Policy is still there on the phone..
In terms of Method 1, have typed the JL_Cmder in run, but may laptop doesnt recognise the command??
