Yes the free ones but the paid ones, I had assume that they would not be available again. I'll need to check.

Restore loses apps
I had to restore my Torch due to a problem it has with one of the appworld updates. After the restore I've lost all of my applications. I'm on a mac and the back process from the desktop manager...
