ep8703, this is a q10 issue. and the issue is not how to SORT by last first, but rather how (also) to DISPLAY Last Name, First Name
do not want displayed:

i want to display contacts on my q10 by Last Name, First Name. i found a setting to SORT that way, but the q10 still will not DISPLAY that way. i've foind a few threads on this but no answer how to...
