I have done looking around in the Beta forum but...

I have done looking around in the Beta forum but have been unable to find anything describing the same problem...do you know of a better way to describe it so I can use a better key word perhaps?

my phone doesnt save settings after a hard restart...(pulling the battery)

so far from what I can tell it saves the bookmarks and that is about it...
All the icons are shuffled...on the upgrade...
