I think that BBmaps for 8310 owners is the best...

I think that BBmaps for 8310 owners is the best mapping application hands down. But for those that dont have an internal GPS receiver then i guess google maps is the way to go.

Not at all, is sort of like a hidden feature some BB's have. On the pearl i use to own you would have to enable it through some steps but i just went into my 8310 and just saw an option that said...

I think theres a memory cleaner option in BB that lets you do that, i think you go into security option and mess with the settings there, not sure where i saw it.

You have to go into the google maps bluetooth gps...

You have to go into the google maps bluetooth gps menu then disable it there.
