Seeing as how I do not use redirector ;) and judging by the body of the email saying "webmessenger" "blackberry" and the like. It's a fairly safe bet it is from them, and not a redirector issue :)

I never installed it on the BB, nor on the desktop. The webpage when I signed up said they'd send me an email telling me how to DL the trial version and all. I got those, but never downloaded them...
