we decided to go for USB method of DST install, we have manpower to do this with devices and over 500 BB users to support, they are all over canada not in one location, and so far 100% sucess rate :-)

only thing that is reliable is sending user email with link to DST site and download patch from device itself, we are using both internet browser and MDS browser no problems at all
