This may well be a fault with the front speaker, one of mine did the same thing but first the sound distorted and then failed completely, a speaker change fixed the problem.

You need to replace the screen mreda, i can guarantee that is the answer to your problem, seen it many times on other phones which have been dropped.

Seems to me your phone is picking up noise from the power supply, any power supply should eliminate noise via components built in to it so it is possible that there is a failure of noise suppression...
