My company is small and therefore not prepared to make the investment in a BES at this point in time (both in the hardware/software and in training someone). So Redirector is my only real option...

Ok, got it. I thought the password would be required for all applications, not for the blackberry as a whole. I was confused as to what the password timeout time meant.

ok sorry, not following you. Yahoo GO does what? Setting up a password didn't seem to do anything to Yahoo GO. I can still connect without a pssword, in addition to everything else working the same.

Its set to keep messages forever, its always been set to that so I don't see that being an issue.

I can't really pinpoint when they disappear, it seems to be completely random.
